Tianli Semiconductor Group Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2004, with its headquarters in Shenzhen. It is founded by senior Silicon Valley IC design experts in the United States and joined by digital and analog circuit experts from Peking University and Tsinghua University. At present, its wholly-owned subsidiaries Tianli semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Fangyi IC Design Co., Ltd.
