Founded in January 2005, xuyao technology, formerly the TFT Project Department of Lingyang technology, a domestic IC professional design company, was officially separated and independent from Lingyang on March 31, 2005. It was also admitted to Xinzhu Science Park in the same month and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in July 1996.
