Established on January 8, 1987, Taiwan mosilicon Electronics Co., Ltd. began its business on April 3 of the same year. In 1990 and 1991, it successively acquired mosilicon of the United States and Huazhi company of the United States. In 1995, it completed the goal of the popularization of share capital. Its shares were officially listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
