Beijing lingxun Huaye Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of legend silicon Corp. of the United States, which was incorporated in Beijing in 2000. Lingxun Technology (legend silicon Corp.) was founded in Silicon Valley in 1999 by scholars studying in the United States from Tsinghua University. Relying on independent innovation, the company develops new wireless broadband communication transmission and digital TV broadcasting protocols, and is engaged in the development and sales of related products. At present, lingxun technology has set up branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Silicon Valley of the United States.
